Customer acquired this effects unit but there was a broken knob that was tried to be glued back in place, only fix is replacement, which was fairly awkward to get to, and all of the pushbutton retaining clips were breaking off due to aged brittle plastic which made things a bit trickier as they kept falling off so the order of the buttons got a bit messed up in this photo (which was taken after the encoder was removed, awaiting delivery of replacement):
