Professional Electronics Repair and Services – Vintage, consumer and pro audio electronics repair (amongst other things) down to surface mount component level in the North West of England. Worked on many different items, from 1950’s hand-wired valve equipment to modern multi-layer surface mount microprocessor controlled systems.

Over 40 years experience in electronics and computer systems, and a tenacious ability to fix almost anything (within reason!), preferential focus on 1970 – 2000 equipment (which inherently is more repairable by design, with the exception of part availability – in many cases however this is not a problem).

Overhaul and service/refurbishment of Reel to Reel (Revox, Studer, Otari, Teac, Tascam, Akai, Fostex etc), including strip down, relubrication, belts, calibration and full alignment of mechanical and electronics in accordance with available service data, W&F, speed, THD measurements etc.
